Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken
- 16 ounce Vermicelli Spaghetti
- 1/2 stick Butter or Margarine
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Chili Guy Green Chili (Roasted, Peeled, & Seeded)
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 1 Mushroom Soup
- 8 ounce Sour Cream
Directions
Boil and bone the chicken. Cook vermicelli in the broth. Melt the butter in skillet and sautè onion and green chili. Mix soups and sour cream in a large bowl, then mix sautèd mixture, spaghetti and chicken. Place in a 9″ x 13″ casserole and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake at 350 °F for about 30 minutes.
