Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast (Bonelessm Skinless, Chopped)
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2/3 cup Onion Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Summer Squash Chopped
- 1 Zuchinni Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes Seeded and Chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Corn Fresh or Frozen
- 1/2 cup Chili Guy Green Chili [Roasted, peeled and Seeded]
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large pot and stir. Simmer one or more hours over medium-low heat, covered, until all are tender.
